Welsh Airgun 2017

Welsh Airgun 2017 includes the following events:-

The 2017 meeting is scheduled to be held over the weekend of 13 - 15 October 2017 at the Sport Wales National Centre, Sophia Gardens, Cardiff.

The meetings's web page is Welsh Airgun 2017.

Entries open to International competitors on 5th July 2017 and then opened to all competitors on 19th July 2017, with a nominal deadline for entries on 30th September 2017.

As of 23rd July 2017, Mens Pistol is full - we will be maintaining a waiting list, if competitors are happy to go the list.

Places still available on Womens Pistol, Womens Rifle and Mens Rifle.

Megalink electronic targets will be used for all the competitions and the Olympic Finals.
Competition will take place on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, with Olympic Finals being held on all three days.

From 2007 to 2013, the Association used Häring LP5 target changers with paper targets.
Megalink electronic targets were introduced for the Olympic Finals in 2008, and in 2014 the event used 50 Megalink targets instead of paper targets.

For 2016, a separate Olympic Finals range was in use, with two Finals run concurrently, and this is also planned for 2017.

North Wales Airgun 2017

The 2017 North Wales Airgun competition, was held at the Gwyn Evans Leisure and Activity Centre, Wrexham, over the weekend of 1 - 2 April 2017.

The competition used 28 Megalink electronic targets, with the 'live' scores being streamed to Megalink's on-line results service MLLive.
